The media has a deliberate policy of covering up black-on-white hate crimes. Some are worse than others, so you often need to read several different articles to piece together what actually happened.
In this case (from Dayton, Ohio in America) a white man named Ricky Waggoner was shot by a group of black males as part of an initiation into a racist black gang. One of the would-be-murderers said “If you want to be all the way into the club, you have to kill the polar bear”. “Polar-bear” is a black term for a white person. They call it “Polar-Bear Hunting” when they attack white people.
One news article mentions the polar-bear comment, but refers to the suspects only as “teenagers”. The other news articles do mention that they were black, but they do not mention the polar-bear comment. In fact, they quite deliberately censor it!
Only one news source mentions that this was “Polar-bear hunting”, where a group of blacks deliberately attack a white person. Look at the quote closely in the three sources. One mentions the victim being called a polar bear (ie white), and the other two are censored.
He told police he was working on the bus when they approached from behind and he heard one say, “If you want to be all the way in the club, you have to kill the polar bear.” Waggoner said he turned to see three males, one with a gun pointed at his chest. He said the gunman fired twice.
Wagoner described the attackers as young black males, likely in their late teens. He said they fled in a dark-colored 1990s model Ford. No arrests have been made.
According to a police report, Wagoner told investigators he believed the shooting may have been a gang initiation. He said he heard one of the suspects tell another to kill him “if you want to be all the way in the club.”
