This was filmed in Newcastle, England. Two Pakistanis chase, harass, provoke and intimidate two indigenous English schoolboys before or after school, while filming it and laughing. At the end they can be heard calling them “white bastards”.
To clarify, two indigenous English schoolchildren have been called “white bastards” in their own country.

I don’t know. It surfaced on Facebook a few days ago, and I watched, so it was real, but now it appears to have been removed from Facebook.
