On Wednesday, 27 June at 17:42hrs police were called to reports of a stabbing in Gurney Road near to the junction with Gurney Close E15. Police, the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance attended and a 16-year-old boy was taken to an east London hospital suffering from multiple stab wounds. His condition is described as stable.
The victim was walking along Gurney Road with three friends when the group was approached by three or four other youths on push bikes.
