Group steal teen’s new Raleigh bike

A teenager who was trying out his new bike had it stolen by a 12- strong gang.
The 13-year-old victim was riding the black and red Raleigh Bomber bicycle at the White Lion Retail Park in Dunstable when the boys approached him and four of them threatened him, one with a knife.
It is believed that the robbery only stopped after the group were disturbed by a passerby who was walking through the car park at about 8pm on March 23.
Det Con Jo Bosson said: “This was a cowardly attack on a young lad who was doing nothing more than riding his new bicycle at the retail park and doing a few tricks.”
The four main offenders are all described as being about 15.
The offender with the knife is described as Asian, the second is described as white, the third was black and the fourth was also Asian.
