Yunus Chehalfi, 19, knifed Anton Brown after he asked Chehalfi's pal Alhusain Ali to take his feet off the seat so he could sit down.
Mr Brown, who was on his way to work, was stabbed three times and repeatedly punched, and was only saved from 'serious' injuries by the puffa jacket he was wearing.
The attack, which happened at Victoria bus station in central London on November 2010, left Mr Brown unable to travel on buses and 'anxious' when in the company of strangers.
